One thing we can take from all the processes for Project 1 is that good writing needs input from real audiences. For Monday's homework, you need to post a rough draft of your rhetorical analysis essay to your blogs. Make sure you include the image that you're analyzing and refer to the assignment to guide you. These drafts should be as complete as possible, in order to gain valuable feedback from a peer. In class on Monday, we'll hold a peer review and another classmate will provide critical feedback on your draft. Don't forget about the source requirement, which I've added to the assignment (two sources: one is your image, one is either "Backpacks vs. Briefcases" or "Rhetorical Situations and their Constituents"). A good source on documentation (e.g. Works Cited) can be found at http://owl.english.purdue.edu/. Your essay may adhere to any style guide (MLA, APA, Chicago) as long as it is consistent.
Note: The rough draft will be worth 2 regular posts (6 points).
