For Wednesday, each of you will need to choose a visual argument and post it to your blog. Then, after reading Grant-Davie's "Rhetorical Situations and Their Constituents" ( WAW 105), discuss the rhetorical situation of that visual on your blog using Grant-Davie's terminology: exigence, rhetor, audience, constraints. What does Grant-Davie add to your understanding of these concepts that you didn't get from "Backpack vs. Briefcases"? I know this is kind of a repeat of Post 5, but I think the extra practice will be good for you. Also, this draft can go toward your essay.
